Abstract
MicroRNAs participate in the regulation of gene expression in multiple cellular processes, including leukemogenesis. miR-26b and miR-100 in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) have a deregulation in their expression. The objective of the study was to evaluate the expression of miR-26b, miR-100 and one of its target genes, identified in silico, in ALL cells. Materials and methods: By in silico analysis, white mRNAs were identified for miR-26b and miR100.
