Nuevo modelo de negocio para APIS S.P.R. de R.L. de C.V.

Abstract

The present research was proposed to design a business model for a spin off resulting from Agroproductores e Industriales del Sur S.P.R. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter APIS, for its acronym in Spanish) in Acapulco, Mexico; due to this company detected in the producers and SMEs associated with the agricultural sector a low technical and professional preparation related to the management of the business and good production practices; taking them to have limited access to financing, inappropriate production processes, obsolete and non-standardized, inefficient pest and disease management, low coverage of training and technical assistance, low innovation in their products, loss of markets, among others.
