Abstract

To know the humanized treatment of nursing from the perception of the patient in the mediate postoperative period of the ISSSTE general surgery service, in Acapulco, Gro. Existing as a central question: How is the humanized treatment of nursing from the perception of the patient in the mediate postoperative period of the ISSSTE general surgery service, in Acapulco, Gro 2020? Justification: The present study is justified because it will provide information that allows improvements, generate the best treatment in professional care focused on humanism in nursing care towards the needs of the postoperative patient, taking into account their perceptions, expectations, and at the same time identifying the possible weaknesses in nursing care perceived by the patient.
