In the present research work, the elements and results obtained through the investigation that bears the name: Proposal for a communication strategy to strengthen the relationship between the Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Contrucción, Delegación Guerrero and its public strategy, are exposed. through social networks. This research was carried out from the qualitative point of view, applying the case study method, using techniques of this approach (participant observation, semi-structured interviews and content analysis), which were fundamental for the collection of information data, giving way to to the creation of the objective of this research work.
