dc.description.abstract	The burnout síndrome refers to a increasingly common situation among nursing professionals who provide their services through a direct and maintained relationship with people, it has been conceptualized as a response to chronic woks stress and as a disorder three-dimensional emotional, organizational and social exhaustion. Objective: to identify the factors that influence the presence of burnout síndrome in the nursing staff of the General Hospital Vicente Guerrero 2017.
