Polymorphisms in folate-related genes are closely related to the development of cancer. The 5,10-MTHFR 677C>T and RFC1 80G>A polymorphisms are associated with an increased risk of susceptibility to pediatric ALL.
Resumen
The aim of this study was to illustrate the association between 5,10-MTHFR 677C>T and RFC1 80G>A polymorphisms and ALL in a Mexican population.
