Abstract
Migrant organizations of Mexican origin date from the mid-twentieth century, but it is until the 1980s when they begin to rise, mainly in Los Angeles California with the Zacatecas and in Chicago, Illinois with the Guerrero. With the aim of understanding the dynamics of citizen participation of organized migrant clubs who carry out basic infrastructure and
services in their communities of origin through the 3x1 Program for Migrants, actions that promote the overcoming of poverty and marginalization of localities of origin, joining efforts between the three orders of government and migrants in order to maximize resources.
