Gestión comercial en los emprendimientos de la economía social y solidaria: caso colectivo artesanal mantli.
Resumen
Because of the economic, social, and environmental crisis that humanity is facing, which causes social inequality, injustice, poverty, health problems, and several environmental damages, it is necessary to change the economic, political, and social system to another one that cares about those problems. With the perspective of prioritizing people´s wellness and environmental care (even more tan earnings), the ESS had converted into a sustainable systematic alternative for life. The ESS designs projects of social evolution with territory allies projects whose main objective is increasing life quality. To all these allies, we found the organisms of the popular economy, those local undertakings that people created, and people that live independently under their work. Those enterprises have the duality of being both social and business means. Based on their business character, they are a productive company that needs to generate intakes under their competitive business market. These are through the production and commercialization of their product or service. And on their social character, they are democratic and cooperative organisms that work under principles and values compatible with the ESS. In Mexico, the small local undertakings have faced some issues in their formation and growth. This is because of the lack of solid and efficient infrastructure; the low intakes caused by the high expenses; the terrible social conditions that people work and live in; and the inefficient methods for the commercialization of the products. All these problems are why this investigation, realized under professional supervision, is made. It´s focused on the study of Colectivo Artesanal Mantli, an organization from Acapulco Guerrero. The main objective of this work is the construction of a strategy of commercialization at a local level for all the artisanal products that Mantli makes, based on the characteristics and goals of the group, contributing in this way to personal growth and the organization.
