Diseño de estrategias desde un enfoque de economía social para el fortalecimiento del sector artesanal de laca en la zona nahua de Olinalá, Guerrero.
Abstract
The purpose of the research project is to design strategies that strengthen the lacquer artesanal sector in the Nahua region of the municipality of Olinalá, Guerrero, based on initiatives based on the alternative approach of social economy. This was carried out between 2020 and 2022, in times of the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology was developed using a hybrid approach with descriptive scope. To achieve the objective, first a systematized experience in territory that makes visible these other ways of doing economy, which belongs to the sector and involved actions of rescue, preservation and dissemination of ancestral knowledge in the town of San Martín Tecorrales. The instruments used for the collection of information were river of life, social canvas and SWOT analysis, as a result background of the organization, the structure of the operation of the productive unit, as well as internal and external factors are described. Subsequently, a situational diagnosis was elaborated, carrying out a survey in which 113 craft workshops of the community of Temalacatzingo participated, the questionnaire consisted of 40 reagents addressing three dimensions: productive, economic-social and cultural. As will be seen, artesanal microenterprises face multiple problems, highlights that they perceive an insufficient economic remuneration for their work, there is a shortage of raw materials, handicrafts lack distinctive signs, among other challenges that reinforce the need to strengthen. Finally, by means of a crossed F.O.D.A. matrix, a dozen strategies proposed from the perspective of the SSE were determined, within the strategies identified is the estimation and incorporation of fair prices as a fundamental element in the value proposition of the establishments, the formation of consumer groups and the promotion of collective brands, so that micro-enterprises continue to contribute to the local economy and can recover from the economic crisis resulting from the pandemic, thus improving the living conditions of artisan families. Other support instruments used are unstructured interviews with key actors and direct observation. The studio integrates feelings, reflections, dreams projected in the voices of artisans.
