Dificultades asociadas al concepto conjunto generador en nivel superior.

Abstract

Linear algebra is for some students one of the most difficult subjects in superior level studies of mathematics, for its nature, most students have several difficulties in its understanding. In this paper we show some difficulties associated to generator set concept, which is necessary for the construction of a genetic decomposition of the change of basis matrix concept. We use an unstructured interview for identifying such difficulties under the research line of the mathematical advanced thinking. The results yields strengthen the background of essential concepts to generator set.
