This research project is based on the urgent need to make visible and start working on the solution to the inequalities of the female gender in the rural context of the State of Guerrero. Its importance lies in the large number of struggles that rural women face, such as the triple discrimination (due to poverty, gender, and ethnicity) that they experience as women, in limited economic conditions, and the social backwardness of which they are part by being within a rural community. In this sense, as a transversal line, this work seeks to generate relevant information on gender studies in the rural area of Acapulco. The theoretical part of this work is based on three important aspects for the development and understanding of this: the solidarity economy, the feminist or gender economy and the skills approach for human development. Regarding the methodologies used, both in the diagnosis phase of the problems and in the development and conclusions of the research, qualitative participatory action tools were implemented, seeking to guarantee the production of circular knowledge, encouraging and promoting the integration of people. who are part of the group to achieve the exchange of experiences, knowledge and learning useful in resolving common situations. The population participating in the research is finite because it focuses specifically on the women of the community, the criteria for the selection of the sample was voluntary, as a common characteristic of the research subjects; show interest in participating in the consolidation of a learning group. After several invitation visits, a working group for this exchange was formed by 12 women from the Cacahuatepec community between the ages of 17 and 55, as it was a convened working group, not formally constituted under any legal entity. adheres to the fundamentals of the solidarity economy. The expected results go beyond the search for economic income, since these are directed towards an impact on the integral development of the families represented, working on activities such as: access to knowledge, recognition and dignity of unpaid work (activities of the home), and activities that can encourage local entrepreneurship. In this sense, it was proposed to work in a network for the exchange of knowledge that could be replicated by the women that make up the group, through the delivery of workshops appropriate to the needs and characteristics of the members of the working group. Through the exchange of points of view through focus groups, the joint construction of a work proposal was achieved that consists of carrying out a participatory and supportive workshop "Solidarity Pastry and Bakery", which in addition to uniting a working group for the acquisition and development of capacities can contribute ideas and initiatives that contribute to improving the living conditions of the participating families in the community of Cacahuatepec, Acapulco Guerrero. By promoting the development of capacities, there is a positive impact on the creation of states of freedom and equality, which is expected to finally contribute to the motivations, well-being and dignity of the women and families of the Cacahuatepec community. The fundamental basis of this movement is focused on mutual support, cooperation, reciprocity and recognition of the contributions that solidarity work provides in people's lives.
