The objective of this research is to analyze the new emerging strategies that producers have implemented to resist the recurrent Coffee crisis. The main problema faced by producers from their own point of view is the instability of international prices and low productivity, direct consequence of having old and unproductive plantations. But in terms of the Social and Solidarity Economy, the purpose of the reactivation should not be to raise productivity so that the producer sells well and improves his dividends, but the search for well-being and a better quality of life for the peasants, maintaining a constant balance between the economic, environmental and social spheres in their productive activities. The study consisted in demonstrating that working under universal principles and values that underpin the actions of the actors of the entities of the Social Economy, is a determining factor for the success or failure of social organizations. This research analyzed the Development of three Coffee organizations that emerged as communiy proposals when the crisis was at its most critical point, that faced the crisis in a different way, namely: 1. Herberada SPR de RL with intensive agricultura and varieties resistant to orange rust; 2. ¿La Pintada¿ SC de RL for its strategy in marketing circuits and; 3. Union of Producers of Eden, (GT) informal working group that has ventured into specialty markets for the quality of its coffee and its sustainable practices; The information was obtained from direct sources using interviews with key informants and critical incidents, and indirect sources, using the database of reliable repositories and a documentary review.
