Abstract

The research proyect called "Comparative analysis of the performance in social sector organizations, case: La Pintada Cooperative Society and the Coalition of Ejidos of Costa Grande", arises from the identification of a problema: the factors that influence the success or failure of organizations in the social sector sometimes due to the lack of correct strategic planning, as well as poor performance due to an inadequate structura and ignorance of the misión, visión, principles, values and rules that govern and organization to guarantee its permanence in the Development of its productive activities. For the above, the workers or members of the institution do not have a commitmen of the institutional policy of the organization, rather it is directed at individualism and not at cooperation, solidarity and mutual help among co-workers, affecting the organizational climate in prejudice to the good work performance of the group.
