Abstract

The proposed proposal represents a development strategy for an important economic sector of the Guerrero economy such as fishing. Taking as a basis a cooperative society, a structural change is proposed in its internal life and its connection with the outside. Starting from a contextual analysis, it was possible to identify the problems of cooperative societies in general and that of the SCPP "La Charrita" SC de RL., In particular in terms of their organizational, social and productive aspects, as well as their behavior with their environment environmental. The strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities identified in the situational diagnosis were aspects that made it possible to design an innovation strategy that allows cooperative members to improve their conditions and quality of life.
