Abstract

The delimitation of the subject is the beginning of the degree project where the general aspects to be analyzed and studied are addressed in order to create the necessary elements to counteract and why not? Eradicate the problem of the situation of the ceibas and parotas in the tourist areas of Acapulco. The definition of concepts that corresponds to the theoretical framework, being these key and guiding principles of the degree project, represent the main structure, for which it is essential to break down their meanings for the development of the project. Within the conceptual framework, development guidelines are established that are consistent with the characteristics of Acapulco, thus giving shape to ideas for the future realization of port conditions that generate well-being and improvements in the quality of life. In terms of the legal framework, it starts from the macro that international agreements represent through the ONU, to later take action on the matter independently by each nation through its federal agencies and local instances. In the case of the Mexican Republic, the competent institutions at the national level and the local instances responsible for the care of the ceibas and parotas of Acapulco are mentioned. The use of the methodology is qualitative, which allows for a more natural and daily contact with the daily life of the social actors involved, generating a fluid circulation of information according to the norms of the pandemic of course.
