Producción y comercialización agrícola de los campesinos Na Savi (mixteco) de la angostura, municipio de Ayutla, Guerrero.
Abstract
The design and implementation of strategies for the improvement of the production and commercialization processes in the community of La Angostura, municipality of Ayutla de Los Libres, Guerrero, based on a previous study of the main characteristics that the community presents and that constitute a problem of peasant production, it also impacts the entire social environment of families and the community.
The objective of this research was to innovate in the creation of a strategy specially designed to influence the improvement of production practices and provide alternatives for the commercialization of the agricultural products of the ÑUU SAVI indigenous peasants.
The work was carried out through to use of mixed methodologies, applying qualitative research instruments such as literature review, dialogue with community authorities, participant observation, and simultaneously quantitative instruments were used such as the structured questionnaire that allowed the creation of statistical data that provide a basis for the situation that peasants live in the community.
The conclusions of the investigation are in relation to the results obtained, interpretation and perceptions by the researcher, finally a series of guidelines are proposed to promote the peasant practices of the community in attachment to the care of the environment and placing in the center of the proposal to the human being and its wellness.
