Diet is an important environmental factor that interacts with genes to modulate the likelihood of developing disorders in lipid metabolism and their involvement in the presence of other chronic diseases such as obesity. Aim: Analyzing the interaction of the diet with the following polymorphisms: 668 A/G and 1968 G/C in the LEPR gene, -265 G/A and -1730 G/T in the APOA2 gene and -1131 T/C and 56 C/G in the APOA5 gene and its relationship with obesity and dyslipidemia in young students of the state of Guerrero.
