dc.description	Se han realizado varios estudios que han analizado el potencial oncogénico de algunas variantes del VPH16 y la desregulación de la apoptosis. Demostrando que las variantes de la oncoproteína E6 de VPH 16 y la E6 prototipo sensibilizan a NIKS a la apoptosis inducida por la vía extrínseca. O que las variantes desregulan diferencialmente la expresión de genes pro y anti-apoptóticos. Objetivo: Por lo tanto, en este trabajo se evaluó la capacidad de las variantes de E6 del VPH 16 para promover la resistencia a la apoptosis inducida por cisplatino en células C33-A.
dc.description.abstract	Several studies have been carried out that have analyzed the oncogenic potential of some variants of HPV16 and the deregulation of apoptosis. Demonstrating that the variants of the E6 oncoprotein of HPV16 and the E6 prototype sensitize NIKS to apoptosis induced by the extrinsic pathway. Or that the variants differentially deregulate the expression of pro and anti-apoptotic genes. Objective: Therefore, in this work we evaluated the ability of the E6 variants of HPV16 to promote the resistance to apoptosis induced by cisplatin in C33-A cells.
