Cambios morfológicos y expresión de ROR¿t y UBR5 en células mononucleares humanas infectadas con H. pylori.
Resumen
H. pylori infection induces morphological alterations of gastric epithelial cells, infiltration of mononuclear cells and increase in the number of Th17 cells. Reported data show an increase in IL-17A due to the activation of the ROR¿t transcription factor, which is post-translationally regulated by UBR5. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of infection with H. pylori strains of different vacA/cagA genotype on the morphology of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC¿s) and the relationship between UBR5 and ROR¿t levels.
