This research aims to expose the main violations rights of which the migrants of the State of Guerrero go through in their trajectory towards crossing the border United States, more in particular to Chicago Illinois. It is argued that corruption, social inequality, organized crime prevent the Mexican State from converting rights in a transversal axis as a state policy. The work is based on a field investigation conducted in Chicago, with leaders and members of the Clubes Unidos Guerrerenses Del Medio Oeste.
