The basic model of viral infections has been widely used in infections in vivo, as HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. For infections in vitro in cell lines some models have been proposed that describe the replicate cycle of the virus, but the absorption effect on viral particles has been ignored. In this work, we extend three models of viral infections in vitro with the effect of absorption: Model without dynamics of growth, Model with mortality of cell and A model that incorporates infectious and non-infectious viral particles.
