Innovación en los procesos de producción de hortalizas en huertos familiares de traspatio en Xaltianguis, Municipio de Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero.

Abstract

Innovation in backyard home gardens through its process offers viable options for sustainability because it contributes to small-scale production spaces, improving the relationship with the natural environment and deriving benefits in various issues such as: economic, social, cultural and healthy eating. The present work develops an agricultural practice from homes in the town of Xaltianguis, municipality of Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero, from a theoretical and practical foundation, admitting to have bases for its implementation in the homes of Guerrerenses families, for which This research aims to generate an innovation process to take advantage of the spaces in houses, reducing the environmental problems that currently exist, supporting the benefits it brings to agriculture in this town. The results show a methodological proposal for its execution, allowing to promote alternatives for regional agricultural activity, showing that this research is viable for the different impacts on communities such as; food security, economic savings, social integration and the promotion of a culture of environmental protection, among others.
