Estrategia de relacionamiento entre lo humano y no humano para la conservación de la biodiversidad en la localidad de La Poza caso: Reptiles y tarántulas.
Abstract
The following investigation aimed to explore new relationship routes between humans and non-humans to reduce biodiversity loss in a context of poverty. This work focused on the community of La Poza in Acapulco, Guerrero. Specifically, positive and negative interactions between the community and non-human species, reptiles and tarantulas that are still present in the natural environment were analyzed. The methodology used is qualitative, focused on the co-production of knowledge distributed in four stages, problematization, interest, recruitment and mobilization. The main results of the work are that people know a little more about tarantulas and snakes, as well as their importance in the ecosystem and promoting respect for non-human species in the community. Furthermore, as a potential line of follow-up, the codifier of a center for the Exchange of knowledge is proposed that will function as a strategic space to trigger community projects, in this sense promoting collaborative participation, implementing actions aimed at sustainable development, promoting social justice and the conservation of local native species.
