México has 70 priority marine regions. The number 32 region is in the state of Guerrero, known as an área of Coyuca-Tres Palos. CONABIO noted the lack of biological studies and the importance of representing the región for several zoological groups. Because the knowledge about shellfish is scare on the región, the refore is important to work on the inventory on its species. This study aims: to determine the species richness of Gastropoda, know the composition of the community from representative families, estimating the occurrence of the species, density, and its frequency, to analyze species size, community diversity, structure and composition.
